Day Fifteen - Oh frack it.

Still going strong, super proud of myself I’ve made it two weeks and one day without cheating on my diet, and since I got the hoop I haven’t missed my exercise either.

Today I had the usual breakfast, a clif bar, the usual lunch plus tomato and lettuce on the sangwhich a zone perfect bar for a snack and a nice dinner with 1 serving of corn, 1 serving of tomato pasta, and 1 serving of salad romaine and tomato.

I’m feeling better each day, my body is sore from playing basketball, but I feel good about it and play through the soreness anyways, cause I love it so much.

I want to thank Colin for getting me started on this, I really appreciate the push.
