Today I turn 32. It’s not a big birthday traditionally, but my wife and sons always find a way to make each birthday a special occasion for me.

When I went into the garage to go to the gym at 6:45 am I found two balloons waiting for me from my sons, one was a sponge bob balloon and the other was a celebrate balloon that actually sang Celebration by Kool and the Gang when flicked. Pretty awesome to wake up to that! Made me smile.

At breakfast, my family gave me cards and presents. From Liam I got a comic book he made about him and I hanging out and having a party, it was beautiful, I teared up, of course.

Bryce and Liam both gave me Sly Cooper 3, which is one of my all time favorite series on the PS2.

TP gave me a nerf basketball hoop for my desk (she told Amy I wanted it from inside her womb)

Amy gave me Man on the Moon w/ Jim Carrey and a 2gb ipod nano black w/ arm case for my workouts, holds 500 songs, more than I’ll ever need for a single workout, but it’s damn cool. She also wanted to get me Aeon Flux the full cartoon series on DVD, but she couldn’t find it at Wal-Mart so we’ll look for it tomorrow in Cordy when we go to see Superman Returns for my birthday, she also wanted to get me a new workout outfit, unfortunately King Size was all sold out of my size—which soon won’t be a problem .

My buddy Mike Stickel sent me Chronicles of Riddick and Mr. Deeds from my Amazon wish list, gosh that was awful nice of him. He’ll get his though, when he least expects.

My sister says she’s sending a gift later this week, and I expect I’ll hear I heard from my mom at some point this week just minutes ago, she’s sent me a gift certificate for King Size.

I had counted on getting a call from my buddy Evan from Cali, but he’s busy and probably forgot… the dirty son of a bitch Evan sent me an e-mail greeting for my birthday! Thanks buddy.

Overall, it’s a great birthday! Excellent, they just keep getting better!

Amy discovered a way to make my favorite sangwhich of all time (the reuben) in a healthy and nutritious way from the Cooking for Life cookbook, and that’s what I had for lunch plus a half serving of my favorite soda pop Dr. Pepper, I sure do love my lady!

Today has been great! For dinner we had healthy bar-b-que chicken pita pizzas, and for dessert Amy made carrot cake cupcakes, so I could blow out a candle and have my favorite cake, 1 cupcake no frosting it was fantastic! Everyone got a candle and they all made wishes for me for my birthday.
