Terror on the Water

Terry J. Mongoose, was quite the little terror when he rode his jet-ski around the lake. For a ten year old he sure was a bastard.
Drawn on printer paper with Micron Pens, scanned and resized in Photoshop CS2.
Suggested by David Sissitka via IM, when asked “What should I draw today?” David said “A mongoose riding a jet-ski.” I said “OK.”
