Tattooed
imagined by: James Mathias

More skin than not was covered in ink, she just didn’t care what anyone thought.
Drawn on printer paper with a BIC mechanical pencil, scanned and resized in Photoshop CS2.
Suggested by Simon over at Involver via IM, when asked “What should I draw today?” Simon said “Tina the tattooed lady.” To which I said “OK, but I don’t know what she looks like so I’ll try my best.”
Simon responded “Neither do I.” And then me “Ah, OK.”
Enjoy and see you tomorrow.

Supposed to by Lydia the tattooed lady. lol.
Nice piece… color would have really punched those tats out.
Her left breast looks significantly smaller than her right (and it’s not just the angle).

Wilhelm, I like tattooes on a lady so long as they are too hardcore, not fond of lots of Nazi symbolism or skulls.
Roger, Why Lydia? Hopefully once PS CS3 ships I’ll be able to color more illustrations, right now Photoshop runs too slow on my mac to color efficiently.
The breast is smaller, no one is perfect and she’s sensitive about it.

Google “Lydia the Tattooed Lady lyrics”. It’s an old Groucho Marx tune, course I prefer Robin Williams’ version in “The Fisher King”.
And my apologies to Tina. I’ll not mention her lopsided chest action again.

Yeah never heard of it, and Tina thanks you for your future discretion.
