MeToday: Five Books Edition
imagined by: James Mathias
Today I talk about today. I also meet a challenge to talk about five books I love. I get pretty serious during the book segment, cause I care about books, sorry for the lack of laughs.

Regarding BOGOF. In the UK if something is advertised with the incorrect price or offer, they are legally obligated to give it to you at said price. I would have complained :p

Well, It’s technically the same here, but I was in a hurry and I wasn’t in the mood to argue the case, with three different people.

Great videos, James. Great sites. I’ve been admiring your work for some time - I’m not stalking you though!
A couple of books you may want to check out (if you haven’t read them already); Canal Dreams by Iain Banks (or anything by Iain Banks), Cocaine Nights by J.G.Ballard and Automated Alice by Jeff Noon. Three books I that I read when I rediscovered the joy or reading.

Ben Affleck was the BOMB in Phantoms!

I didn’t see the movie, but the book was hard to read. I think I may have just been burnt on Koontz, as I tried to read it after a 6 book (all Koontz) run.
I’m going to give it another shot.
Nice obscure call back to “Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back” though. Respect.

I actually saw Phantoms after seeing J&SB… I knew Jay was being sarcastic, but I needed to fully appreciate the joke… And I did. It was one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen.

Yeah I figured, that’s why I never bothered.
